Summary
Arjun Singh (Sunny Deol) is an upright cop for whom Duty and Honesty come above everything else. However, His efforts to fight vorruption and bring some law and order are all in vain, thanks to some malicious powers like DPS Chautala (Rana Jung Bahadur), Sharad Patil (Govind Namdeo) and Swami Satyavathi (Mohan Agashe). On an occasion, Arjun asks his childhood friend and now a terrorist Iqbal Khan (Milind Gunaji) to testify in court in the favour of Truth. However, Iqbal too belies Arjun's faith and speaks in the favour of Muslim leader Shah Alam (Om Puri). Now, Shah Alam and Swami Satyavathi are interested in raking in the moolahs, even if it comes at the cost of communal riots and the death of several innocent people. Will Arjun ever succeed in bringing a much needed change in the system? If yes, then who will help him in doing so and how?
